As most of you probably know, Rossi (and Heritage Arms) are owned by Taurus so this model has the Taurus safety which requires the use of a supplied key to lock up the hammer. You could also use a gun rated for +p or .357 Magnum. If that is not an option, stick to standard pressure ammunition in your old guns. Your hands and face will thank you.
